The last 25 years has seen the Bristol Cancer Help Centre become a world renowned centre of excellence in complementary cancer care. There is now a growing demand for, and recognition of the value of, complementary medicine and a real need to improve regulation of complementary therapies in cancer care.

The arrival of our 25th birthday year sees us committed to:

  • Expanding our information services for people with cancer
through the helpline, website and our expert briefings
  • Increasing the cancer support services we offer nationally
offering more residential courses on our world-famous therapy programme
  • Training more health professionals and complementary therapists
Enabling them to use the Bristol Approach to cancer care to help them better support people with cancer
  • Expanding our Cancerpoint community support programme
rolling it out nationwide helping people around the UK to access the Bristol Approach to cancer care close to home through individual appointments with experienced therapists
